are your cookies baked fresh daily?
absolutely! we ship our cookies out the same day they're baked to ensure quality and freshness.
how soon should i eat the cookies?
our cookies are big and bold, we recommend consuming them within a seven day period. do not refrigerate as that will dry them out, and who wants dried out cookies? we recommend freezing for a short period of time if you do not intend on eating the cookies within a seven day time frame.
what if my cookies arrive damaged or aren't baked properly?
while rare, we know accidents can happen. if you receive our products dissembled, please contact us at thebox@cookieboxcookies.com, and provide your order number in the subject line. We will also require a few photos on the damaged product. we're here for our loyal fans, so we will certainly make it right!
Do you offer gift packaging?
sending our cookies as a gift is our love language. e-mail us at thebox@cookieboxcookies.com with your order number in the subject line and state that it is a gift for your bff, lover, or whomever, and we will make it special!
