cookie box is not responsible for product quality after successful delivery has been completed.

cookies left outdoors, unattended, or exposed to weather conditions may be affected by heat, humidity, wildlife, insects, or other environmental factors.

8. refunds & replacements

all refunds, replacements, and customer concerns are governed by our refund policy.

customers must report damaged, incorrect, or significantly defective products within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.

submission of a claim does not guarantee a refund or replacement.
